Return Requirements:

1. Parts must be returned within 90 days of purchase.

2. All returns require proof of purchase.

3. Returned parts or products must be in good condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed in a machine are not eligible for return.

4. You must call (888) 217-2717, or email sales@laundrypartsmarket.com, for return shipping information and to receive an RMA #. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is needed for all returns. Please provide the following information when contacting us:
     * Date of purchase and original invoice or order number
     * Part number(s)
     * Reason for return

An RMA# will not be issued without complete information. An RMA is only valid for 30 days. All parts returned without a RMA# will be returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Electrical parts are not returnable.

6. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility on returned items. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.

7. Misused parts will be returned to the sender at the senders cost.
